The main theme of the museum is a history of faith in Mt.Fuji. Japanese people love Mt.Fuji and it has affected their culture but why? You can find the answer in the museum. But if you want to know the nature in Mt.Fuji, you should visit another museum. In 2015, some exhibits were renewed so the museum is very nice and you can get latest information.

The nearest bus stop is “Sunpark Fuji (サンパーク富士)” and you can get arrive in 5 minutes from there. *some buses are canceled because of COVID-19 (2020/10/9) so check the time table before you go.

Today (April 1st 2019) new era name was declared by Suga Chief Cabinet Secretary. Don’t misunderstand that his new era name is used from today (April 1st), but it is used from May 1st. However if you mean a fiscal year, you have to use 令和元年度 or 平成31年度 because a fiscal year stars from April 1st and ends March 31st. This article tells the reason why 令和 was chosen and the meaning of the name.
Manyoshu is the oldest collection of Japanese poems. It was compiled in 7 to 8 century and about 4500 poems are contained in 20 volumes. This is a very important book for Japanese history. Two Chinese characters used for the new era name are used in the introduction of 5th volume of Manyoshu. 32 Poems contained in the volume say about ume blossoms.
The introduction quoted is “初春の令月にして気淑く風和ぎ,梅は鏡前の粉を披き,蘭は珮後の香を薫らす”. しょしゅんのれいげつにしてきよくかぜやわらぎ,うめはきょうぜんのこをひらき,らんははいごのこうをかおらす.
Abe prime minister said “It is suggested that culture is matured in the society where people live thinking each other beautifully. We hope we can take over the nationality of Japan to the next era and Japanese people can make each flower bloom large (achieve each dream).”
Most companies start recruitment activities from March. But how can we get information even though there are innumerable number of companies? This article will introduce 5 useful and recommended web sites for job hunting. CAUTION! All sites introduced in this article are written in Japanese.
If you want to know basic information of companies or schedules of events….
Most of all students doing job hunting use this website. You can find information of over 20 thousands companies.
The website provides many joint information sessions (合同説明会) and web seminars. Even if you live in the countryside and you can’t go to Tokyo or other big cities, you can get the same information with web seminar.
Finding suitable jobs is very difficult and many students wander which companies do they want to work. You can use the service to find suitable jobs by answering some questions. Many Japanese companies set a web test or SPI test and this site provide many questions enable you to practice tests.
This site is as big as マイナビ however it provides information of over 30 thousands companies. I recommend you to register your membership because sometimes I could find companies couldn’t be found in マイナビ. Of course it provides events, web seminars and practice questions for web test and SPI test.
This site is slightly smaller than previous two sites. However it will help you in many ways. For example you can know how to write ES (entry sheet) manners and interviews.
If you want to focus on information of global companies….
This site gives information of some Japanese companies but it is competent to provide information of global companies. Most of global companies have their own schedule of recruitment and usually they start before March so I recommend to use this site if you are interested in global companies.
I have another reason to recommend to use this site. A useful service of this site is that you can read ES written by older students got an unofficial offer. This is very helpful when you write ES. And you can know very detalied information of selection stages like how long did an interview take or how many interviewers joined.
If you want to know true information of each company ….
I guess most of people want to work with high salary, nice people and enough company benefits. However you can’t know truth from web site of each company so vokers is very useful to get such information because many workers write reality about incomes and overtime work etc.. However your membership will be expired within a few month if you want to use for free.
If you want to make your account, you can use this page.
Lastly… I strongly recommend to make an account for job hunting only.
I get over 20 e-mails related to job hunting everyday so to separate these e-mails from other important mails, I recommend to use an account for job hunting only.
