Fujisan museum in Fujiyoshida city

Many people visit Mt. Fuji from within Japan and other countries but do you know tourist spots other than it? I recommend to learn about Mt.Fuji and culture related to it! And the best place for that is Fujisan museum (ふじさんミュージアム).

What can I learn?

The main theme of the museum is a history of faith in Mt.Fuji. Japanese people love Mt.Fuji and it has affected their culture but why? You can find the answer in the museum. But if you want to know the nature in Mt.Fuji, you should visit another museum. In 2015, some exhibits were renewed so the museum is very nice and you can get latest information.

How can I go to the museum?

The nearest bus stop is “Sunpark Fuji (サンパーク富士)” and you can get arrive in 5 minutes from there.
*some buses are canceled because of COVID-19 (2020/10/9) so check the time table before you go.
